Worry-free: broken means replaced
A kiosk stands in your venue all day, and things happen. That's why protection is part of your subscription. If something breaks or your kiosk gets damaged, we replace the part. A broken screen is swapped quickly, without buying a whole new kiosk.
If something goes wrong, we can log in to your kiosk remotely, 24/7, to see what's up and fix it. Most of the time your kiosk is running again right away.
No investment, no bank, no interest
Buying a kiosk easily costs thousands of euros. With UpKiosk you pay off the hardware monthly, at no interest. No bank loan, no leasing, no approval needed: just a fixed monthly amount.
After 48 months the kiosk is yours. Want to own it sooner? After 6 to 9 months you can buy it out: you pay the remaining hardware balance, with no extra fees.

Smart upselling: the kiosk sells for you
With every order the kiosk suggests something that fits: a sauce with the fries, a drink with the bowl, a pastry with the coffee. It never forgets, not even at the busiest moment.
The suggestions learn from your own sales: what sells best at which time of day. They also take the weather into account, so no ice cream when it's three degrees outside. Want to push something yourself, like a deal or a product that needs to go? Set up a promotion; it always comes first. At 't Kattekwaad, smart upselling raised the average order value by 27%.
Checkout in 2.7 seconds
The kiosk takes payment on a Stripe terminal. Paying takes about 2.7 seconds, so your customer isn't left wondering whether it worked, and the next one can order right away.
Ordering only at the kiosk
More and more venues, especially bowl, poke and fast-food chains, run every order through the kiosk. Customers take their time to choose, and your staff no longer take orders or payments: they focus on preparing and serving.
It works best with several kiosks at the entrance. Check the local rules on cash: in Belgium, for example, you must still offer a way to pay cash. We're happy to think along about the number of kiosks and the layout of your venue.

What if the kiosk breaks?
Don't worry. You get a 5-year warranty. If something breaks, we fix it. You pay nothing extra.
What if I want to cancel?
You can. After 6 months you can stop whenever you want. You send the kiosk back. No penalty, no hassle.
Won't people just prefer the counter?
A lot of people actually prefer ordering themselves — at their own pace, no pressure. And anyone who'd rather order at the counter still can. The kiosk mainly takes care of your peak moments.
Can I display allergens?
Yes. You show allergens per dish, as EU allergen rules require. Your customer sees it right on the screen.
Do I get local-language support?
